Rank-and-Rent site, UK market

Backstory: This is an old website of mine that I sold back in 2018. It's a Rank-and-Rent website and it's still sitting at top 1 on its targetted keyword+location.

What has been done:
- Built site from scratch: optimized, siloed
- Opened a GMB account and did full GMB optimization
- Done social signals and offpage map optimization
- Planned and implemented a 6-month's worth strategy of link building

Results: After getting out of sandbox, it slowly gained traffic and slowly getting calls. Once it reached like 20 calls in a month, I sold it. Few years forward, it's still in number position in the map pack.
